Terms of Service

Last updated August 3, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Mac Development storefront and any scripts, subscriptions, or other digital products offered through it.

1. Accepting these terms

By using this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the storefront or complete a purchase. You must also follow any terms shown by Tebex during checkout.

2. Store and checkout

Mac Development, LLC provides the storefront and products. Checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, fraud screening, and digital delivery are handled by Tebex. Tebex acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout.

When you continue to checkout, you leave this storefront and use Tebex's services. Tebex's checkout terms apply to that transaction. If these terms conflict with Tebex's terms on a payment or checkout issue, Tebex's terms control for that issue.

3. Products and descriptions

Products are digital FiveM resources. Features, dependencies, compatibility, license type, and included support are described on the applicable product page. Review those details before purchasing. Product screenshots and demonstrations are illustrative and may reflect a particular configuration or third-party setup.

4. License

Unless a product includes a different license, purchasing a paid product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it as allowed by its product description and Tebex entitlement. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property.

Open-source products are governed by the license included with that product. If an included product license conflicts with this section, the product-specific license controls for that product.

5. Prohibited use

You may not:

  • resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publish paid products;
  • bypass or interfere with Tebex, CFX, escrow, or license controls;
  • decompile or reverse engineer protected code except where law expressly permits it;
  • use the products to violate law, platform rules, or another person's rights; or
  • misrepresent a Mac Development product as your own work.

6. Payment and delivery

Prices and available payment methods are shown before purchase. Tebex processes the transaction and delivers the product or entitlement to the account used at checkout. You are responsible for using the correct CFX or Discord account and providing accurate checkout information. A success message on this website is informational; Tebex's transaction record determines whether a purchase was completed.

7. Refunds and chargebacks

Refunds and cancellations are handled through Tebex under the terms and refund rules presented during checkout. Contact us first if a product is missing or not working as described so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in suspension or termination of the related product entitlement, subject to applicable law and Tebex's policies.

8. Subscriptions

Subscription price, billing interval, renewal, included benefits, and cancellation terms are shown on the product page or during Tebex checkout. Tebex handles recurring billing. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund an already processed payment. Access and other subscription benefits may end when the paid period expires.

9. Support, updates, and compatibility

Support and updates are provided only to the extent stated for the product. FiveM, CFX, game updates, frameworks, dependencies, and other third-party software can change without our control. We do not guarantee permanent compatibility with every server setup or future third-party version.

10. Intellectual property

The storefront, branding, original code, documentation, and other Mac Development content remain the property of Mac Development, LLC or their respective licensors. These terms grant only the product-use rights expressly described above.

11. Availability and changes

We may change prices, features, availability, or the storefront at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, misuse, or enforcement of these terms. Changes do not alter a completed transaction except where required by law or necessary to maintain or secure the product.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the storefront and products are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free code, or suitability for every server configuration.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mac Development, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or server availability. Our total liability for a claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

14. Termination

We may terminate or restrict access to a product entitlement when you materially violate these terms, the applicable product license, or Tebex rules. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the storefront or legal requirements change. The updated date above shows when they were last revised. Updated terms apply after publication and do not retroactively change completed purchases unless required by law.
