Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Mac Development storefront operated by Mac Development, LLC. It does not control Tebex, CFX, Discord, Vercel, or other third-party services. Their own privacy notices apply when you use them.

2. Information used by this storefront

The storefront is intentionally simple. It may involve:

• Cart data: product ID, name, image, price, currency, and category saved in your browser's local storage so your cart persists.
• Checkout session data: a Tebex basket identifier may be stored temporarily in your browser's session storage while you move between this site, CFX authentication, and Tebex checkout.
• Discord account data: when a product requires Discord delivery, Discord provides your user ID, username, display name, and avatar reference after you authorize sign-in. The storefront uses the verified Discord ID to tell Tebex which Discord account should receive the purchased role.
• Support messages: if you contact us, we receive your message and any information or files you choose to send.
• Hosting data: Vercel may process technical information such as IP address, request logs, device or browser information, and security diagnostics to host and protect the website.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use only essential first-party cookies for Discord sign-in. A temporary security cookie protects the sign-in redirect and expires after 10 minutes. If sign-in succeeds, a signed session cookie remembers the verified Discord account for 24 hours. Both cookies are HTTP-only and are not used for advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking.

We do not run advertising trackers or website analytics. Browser local storage and session storage are used only for the cart and checkout flow described above.

Tebex, CFX, Discord, Vercel, and their service providers may use cookies or similar technology when you interact with their services. Their own privacy and cookie policies control that activity.

4. Tebex checkout, CFX authentication, and Discord delivery

Product information is loaded from Tebex. When you start checkout, Tebex creates and manages the basket. CFX may authenticate your FiveM account, and Tebex processes the checkout, billing details, payment, taxes, fraud prevention, and product delivery.

For Discord-role products, the storefront sends your verified Discord user ID to Tebex as part of the basket. This storefront does not receive or store your Discord password, Discord access token, full payment-card details, or CFX password.

Tebex may provide Mac Development with transaction, purchaser, entitlement, or contact information through its creator tools so we can provide support, administer purchases, prevent abuse, handle refunds, and keep required business records.

When enabled, the recent-purchases section may publicly display the CFX username, purchased package, and price supplied by Tebex.

5. How information is used

Information is used only as reasonably necessary to:

• operate the cart and send you to the correct Tebex checkout;
• verify the Discord account that should receive a purchased role;
• deliver and administer purchases and subscriptions;
• answer support requests and troubleshoot products;
• protect the storefront, products, and customers from fraud or misuse;
• keep accounting, tax, and transaction records; and
• comply with law and enforce our terms.

6. When information is shared

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Information may be processed or disclosed to Tebex, CFX, Discord, Vercel, and their service providers where needed to run the storefront and complete purchases. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.

7. Retention

Cart data remains in your browser until you clear the cart or browser storage. Checkout session data remains until it is cleared by the flow or your browser session ends. The Discord sign-in security cookie expires after 10 minutes, and the signed Discord session cookie expires after 24 hours. Support messages and transaction records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, accounting, legal compliance, and dispute handling. Tebex, CFX, Discord, and Vercel set their own retention periods for information they control.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

You can remove cart and checkout data by clearing this website's browser storage. You can remove the Discord session cookie by clearing this website's cookies, and it expires automatically after 24 hours. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information controlled by Mac Development, or to object to certain uses. Email us to make a request. Requests concerning information controlled by Tebex, CFX, Discord, or Vercel should be sent to that provider directly.

9. Security

We use a limited-data storefront and established providers to reduce the information handled directly by this website. Discord session data is signed to prevent undetected changes, and authentication cookies are HTTP-only. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10. Children

This storefront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from them. Eligibility to purchase through Tebex is also subject to Tebex's requirements.

11. International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Providers are responsible for the safeguards required for information they control.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the storefront, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision.
